Cambridge High School prides itself on providing a safe and supportive learning environment and quality instruction for our students. We strive to provide as many educational options as we can to meet the needs of our students.
Whether College Credit Plus and Advance Placement courses, partnerships that provide technical education, an enhanced STEM program, a traditional classroom experience or our Online Academy, we strive to provide the stability, structure, consistency and support our students need to be successful in school.
The technology available to students and teachers, including devices and internet access, provides the High School with a great deal of flexibility and several options for our students.
Use of technology in the classroom is a great way to supplement and enhance the delivery of our curriculum.
High School students may also utilize an online educational platform called Edmentum. We believe this platform as well as Google Classroom and Google Meet, provides students with an easy way to access lessons, connect with their teachers and continue to progress academically while learning from home.
In Cambridge City School District, students are provided for their use during the school year electronic devices like Chromebooks and will be provided Internet access if they do not currently have access.
Competing in a sport, singing, acting or playing an instrument, joining a club, or participating in other activities can enhance the overall growth of our students. At Cambridge High School, we provide many athletic and extracurricular activities to support our students’ development.
We know that students experience high anxiety and stress due to many reasons. We have counselors and support staff available to help students deal with the issues they are experiencing.
At Cambridge High School, students receive the academic, social, and emotional support they need to be successful in school and life.
